You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Prior to returning any items to ManVenture Outpost, please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA). Any package received without an RMA may be refused and sent back to you. The following guidelines apply:
Customer Requested Return
If you don’t like what you ordered, you may return it to us for a refund provided the item is not used and can be resold in new condition (New condition is defined as unopened, shrink wrap intact if applicable, factory tape tabs unbroken, exactly as received). Shipping is not refundable. If your item included free shipping, you will be responsible for the actual original shipping cost we paid to ship your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item.
Items Damaged In Transit
If your item was damaged in transit, please hold on to all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible. Pictures of the damage may be requested if available to help with the insurance claim. We will file the claim on your behalf and send you a replacement item at no extra cost once the claim has been resolved with the shipping carrier.
If you received a defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers will replace any defective item as agreed to under their warranty. If you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the manufacturer, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help out.
Used and Other Items
Any other return is at the discretion of Sawtooth Tactical.
