Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Not at this time. We only ship UPS and they do not deliver to APO addresses.
Are your products factory seconds or refurbished?
We do not sell any factory seconds. Occasionally we offer refurbished items for sale at a discounted price from manufacturers, and these items will be clearly marked as refurbished.
What will it cost me to ship an order to my zip code?
You can get an estimate directly from our shopping cart. All you need to do is add the selected items to your shopping cart, and then click “calculate shipping”. A valid US zip code will be needed to get an accurate quote.
If I need an item ASAP can you expedite my order?
We expedite all orders that are shipped using expedited shipping. If you select Ground your order will ship out in the order we received it. Any order shipped with expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day) will be expedited.
Do you offer store pickups?
Yes, if you use and Idaho zip code you will be offered the choice. You will need to contact us to make sure we can accomodate the time you want to pick up the order.

How can I track my order?
If you have an account you can view your order status from your account by clicking on "view order status". If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email when your order ships, or you can contact our service department to get an update. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number which you will be able to use to track the progress of your package.
